when I grow up...

ok so Ive decided to put up the documentary i helped make in my final year of uni.
im still not too keen on the finished piece-and this is in no offence to team H. but have a look and see what you think. the uploaded quality isnt the best either.

this was the write up about it from the showcase website.

A subtle exploration into “coming of age” in British society, this documentary explores the concept of adulthood through interview, poetry and poignant visuals. The film emphasizes the mundane and dispels the myth that the journey to adulthood is an instantaneous one.
Despite being influenced by the imagery of documentarists such as Henry Singer and Phil Grabsky this film offers a unique take on explorative documentary, drawing on wider influences such as the photography of Martin Parr and the poetry of Rudyard Kipling to produce an aesthetically pleasing and mentally stimulating documentary film.
The documentary is interview led; focusing upon people of different ages, from various backgrounds and who have had varying life experiences. A Graduate, Grandmother, Artist and Father are just a few examples resulting in a range of views on adulthood being portrayed.
The documentary is directed by Natasha Jones and Edited by Laura Newbury. Jo Munkenbeck is responsible for the cinematography and Daisy May Harvey for the Sound Design.

xXx
